Orders

Select the products you want, choose a quantity, then click "Add to cart". Once your cart is ready, click the cart icon at the top right, review your items and click "Checkout". You will be redirected to our secure Stripe payment page.

We process orders within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

As long as the order has not yet shipped, you can contact us by email or Discord to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, you will need to follow the standard return procedure.

You will receive an email with your Colissimo or Mondial Relay tracking number as soon as your order ships. Click the link in the email or enter the number on the carrier's website to track your parcel in real time.

First check your junk/spam folder. If nothing appears within 30 minutes, contact us with the email address used for the order. We can check the status and resend the confirmation if needed.

Shipping

Metropolitan France:

  • Colissimo: 2–3 business days
  • Mondial Relay: 3–5 business days
  • Tracked Letter: 2 business days

Belgium: 3–6 business days depending on carrier

Switzerland: 4–6 business days (Colissimo only)

Times are counted from the date of dispatch of your order.

Free shipping on orders over €150 in metropolitan France!

The carrier will leave a delivery notice in your letterbox. You can collect your parcel from the indicated pick-up point for 15 days. After this period the parcel will be returned to us.

Yes! We ship via Mondial Relay in France and Belgium. You can choose the nearest collection point to you when placing your order. Over 6,000 points available in France.

Belgium: No, no customs charges (EU member state).

Switzerland: Yes, customs duties may apply on receipt depending on the order value. Please check with Swiss customs authorities for current rates.

Yes, our Cardsavers use a professional sealing system that protects the card while keeping it visible. The seal is guaranteed and cannot be broken without leaving a visible trace.

Yes, our Cardsavers and Sleeves are designed to fit all standard Pokémon cards as well as most standard-format trading cards (card games, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, etc.).

We apply volume pricing to reward our larger customers. The more you order, the lower the unit price. It's our way of thanking dedicated collectors and resellers.

Payment

We accept payment by:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

All payments are secured through our payment provider Stripe.

Absolutely. We use Stripe, a global leader in online payments, certified PCI-DSS (the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Your banking details are never stored on our servers.

We do not currently offer instalment payments. This feature may be added in the future. Follow us on Discord to stay up to date with news!

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product. The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

Defective product / our error: We cover the return shipping costs.

Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense. The cost depends on the carrier and parcel weight.

After inspecting the returned product, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 48–72 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Account

No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, access your history and benefit from exclusive perks (discounts, loyalty points, etc.).

Click "Sign in" at the top right of the site, then "Create an account". You can register with your email or via your Google or Discord account. A confirmation email will be sent to validate your registration.

Click "Sign in", then "Forgot password". Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
